Identification of V-tailed USA sport aircraft

I hope that someone can identify this V-tailed sport aircraft.
Most likely it is from USA and maybe it was/is a "ultralight" (I am not sure) without N-number.

Both links show a tail wheel, the original photo shows a nose wheel. Different variants, as stated in the 1000photos text?

I think there is no connection between the J6 and the aircraft in my photo.
Apart from the nosewheel (trigear?) on the mystery aircraft, the wing of the J6 seems located more aft.
