ID These Two Fighters ?

From this report,

there are a two unidentified fighters,I think the second one is called DR-3 and
as I rememeber,it was from JSF program ?

Probably pretty safe to classify them as hypothetical fictional generic examples for illustration purposes.
Because if you do not use an actual fighter for the illustration then the company lawyers will not ask you to pay licensing fees for use of their actual fighter design.
 
Hesham to answer your query, the first illustration is to show the areas of a fighter aircraft that can reflect radar or affect its ability to be stealthy. The second illustration, your DP-3 fighter, is an illustration of what a hypothetical fighter design could be.
