The link does not work anymore, it seems.
But I found extra pictures in the French teenage magazine "MonQuotidien" #4 269. Folding wings are for storage in a garage. Does someone know if it was roadable?

I think it's supposed to be kept on super-yachts, one reason for the folding.
 
It is not roadable.
Main reason for wing folding is that you can put it on a trailer and bring it with you on vacation just like a SeaDoo.
Key engineers on the team are from Scaled Composites.
Significant delays in getting it FAA certified, they hope to have this completed late this year.

And the fees for a place in a hangar can be substantially reduced. That's the reason, that many UL
have folding wings.
