There was an interesting article in the last issue of Air Enthusiast (No.131, 2007) on the Israeli Anaks, it included a couple of the images above, but reproduced fairly small.

Fun fact: Anak means "giant" in hebrew, but in indonesian it means children (as in: Anak Krakatau, the son of the one who threw a big tantrum in 1883)
