Hyperdrives from Warp Drive

The title of the thread was also the title of either a Geocities or Angelfire page that linked to an academic journal that improved Van den Broeck's Micro-warp bubble by theorizing that if extra spacial dimensions did exist at the millimeter level instead of prohibiting the concept they could be used turning a warp drive into a hyperdrive. But I can't seem to find either the website or the academic journal hope someone can find what I'm looking for.
