Below you may see some colour pictures of what-might-have-been HA-300's variants. They are available at http://personales.ya.com/pepeillo/otros/otros.htm.
Obviously, they cannot be considered serious sources of information, but in my opinion they deserve attention so as thanks to their author we may see now how the HA-300 would have looked. What interests me much is, for instance, how many underwing weapon stations (or pylons) it was to have. According to the following pictures there was to be two pylons under each wing.
Hopefully somebody around DOES know the right answer.

Spain also developed an Air-to-air missile for this plane, whose name was INTA-156 Banderilla.

It´s said that the french used the project to make the matra magic years later, because it was very familiar (look at the canard planes)

Nice .... there already a small resin kit available from "Classic Plane".

http://www.classic-plane-mrr.de/listen/classicplane.html

Here's a review of the kit:

I don't know if this original kit is still available - if I remember correctly - an updated one is planned ...

Two years ago I met Mr. Adel Makhlouf - the man who built the master - at a modell-show where he also presented the parts in progress and a prototype model of a 1/48 scale kit:
