Thanks first time I seen this site, I am always searching the internet for what's new in amphibious aircraft.

It seems they are going after the same niche as the Bell-Boeing BB-609, which is a commercial version of the V-22 and can land and takeoff from anywhere. I have not seen anything on current status of the BB-609.
 
I worked on proposals approximately eight years ago was for the Bell/Boeing BB-609 which as I stated was a commercial version of the Bell/Boeing V-22. I guess maybe Boeing dropped out and Bell replace them with Agusta.

I'll check the internet for BA-609.

With a 4-seat twin-boomer and a 15-seat-twin-boomer... tri-hull
Surprisingly there is no nationality mention, so my conclusion is US...
