Hi,

a similar concept to Italian Stipa designed by Hans G. E. Roth;

c.1935 = No data found for a fanciful design project differing from the similar Italian Caproni by having engines mounted outside of the barrel and two large fins to hold the crews and passengers. Art by Douglas Rolfe from patent drawings.
