Some GD papers from 1988-1989 timeframe describes one of what GD used to call HVV or HAV family - HyperVelocity Vehicles or Hypersonic Aerospace Vehicles. This one was dubbed SOV (SubOrbital Vehicle), and said to be based on GD TAV studies (1983-1985).

An rocket-powered SSTO with Al-Li non-integral tanks, that were choosen over integral ones, 'hot' TPS with Rene 41/Inconel Type 718/titanium hi-temperature alloys used. Engine type is not described, though.
