Hi all
I will try to make some realistic render of this poular old used project.....but when i seen the blueprint, i noted some error of read....
i reconsidered the slider shape for an credible mechanic concept....this new shape make the slider very strong...with a beam effect
and no lateral torsion effect....

Very interesting. Some 3d view are floating around for years and suddenly you realize something is wrong. Happened to me with the Brandenburg KDW from WWI, the most common 3d view on the net is wrong.

Yes alcides,...3d views from "Triebflugel" by David Myhra - published by Schiffer Publishing and model by HUMA ....

i modelise it today....another error of bleuprint reading, the blades can't be twisted....i think it's must be right.....like helicos...

My primitive job (in 80') was aircraft mechanic.... ;)

The last error that i noted, is the rounded glass front of the cockpit seen in many 3d renders (schiffer publication)....Fw never made this type of shapes all cockpit's front of there aiplanes was rectangular....it's a "sovietised" translation based on the Mig 9 cockpit....

in fly and with visible mecha....

Fantastic. As Rhino user I admire your work. Very impressive. About the last image.: Are you designing a model to deliver a kit ? Could be very interesting.

Hi alcides,

Thanks for comments,

this kit (1/32) is ready to mill (3 axis cnc) and the tool path are ready....all modifications are made....may be with the visible mecha option...

All renders are made with "hypershot" old rhino plugin....

Guns tuneling and pilot.....

hey gery, still a very nice work from you.

just a little (technical) correction about the engines, you made the same error in the topic about the me-1079, those are not pulse reactors (as the one on the V1 for exemple) but statoreactors (see the french leduc022 for exemple), the ones in the triebelflugel had to be equipped with an internal small rocket engine for the start up, to get the rotation of the "rotor-wings" to the speed where the statoreactors could be fired-up and accelerate the rotation of the rotor to flight speed...theoretically spoken off course ;D

bada, thanks for comments.... ;)

For treibflügel, i send you the blueprint of previous Pabst engine (3trieb)...
as you can see....no inlet core for air compression....but many hole that remind me the V1 engine....
As you know, a ramjet engine need vey high speed to start....why to use this technology for a rotor blade..... ??? ?For me, this engine is too short for create a good air compression and to be a ramjet.....

For Me 1079...no more informations.....may be a ramjet... ;D

For leduc...

I especially like the scene in the winterly forrest ! ;)
Just as a clue and not as criticism: The marking on the tail is in the simplified
form, often used during the end of WW II. It would be more logicak then, to use
the simplified form for tze Balkenkreuz, too, I think.

Ok jemiba ;) .....now in fly.....

Awesome !

Was that canopy really that cool or did you just tune it a bit ?

Great work, never thougt of a "Triebflügel" in desert camo !
The canopy matches, what we still yet know about this type.
The flat angle of the windscreen is remarkable, I think.

thank jemiba.....now the narchtjäger.... ;D

Awesome !
I figure you use Rhino to model these..has it been hard to learn it ?

Thanks topspeed3.....

yes as you can see in the first pict of the post, i use rhino (personnal skin) for modeling
but only lightwave (now 11.5) for realistic render...i don't know other better render for real life...

Rhino is just the best tool for it....but you must make the work.... ;D 50 hours minimum for this style of model.....

Is it free of charge ? What does it cost ?

Have to put another 200 hrs to learn it right ?
