French "Foudre" MLRS (M142 HIMARS equivalent)

I don't understand it.

Is it fully MFOM-compatible? If so, isn't it just a marketing vessel for HIMARS instead of a competitor? Assuming none cares about the platform as much as the actual munitions.

Is it only mechanically MFOM-compatible and electronically incompatible? If so, what's the point? They're not going to get access to MFOM.

* MFOM = MLRS Family Of Munitions. Anything an M270 and M142 can fire.

Well they could reuse the "old" EFCR which allows for some munitions (except they can somehow get it to integreate the rest of the missiles).
