Prototype is already in the water, it's been worked on since 2018ish. ~10 meters (33 ft), up to 20 meters (66 ft) with additional power options. Displacement: ~10 tons

Our own Covert shores did a nice comparison image of different nations LUUV/XLUUV efforts.

Quite an organic, almost whale like shape. Curious about how the typology of UUVs has evolved, are these "extra large" just by the virtue of being the largest at the moment? Minesweepers utilize smaller vehicles but at least in the civilian market there are all kinds of diving robots that I'm pretty sure are at least as large as these UUVs.

The successor has started sea trials, still the same size though ...

Naval Group conducts the first trials of its large underwater drone with the French Navy

The French shipbuilder has been working for several years on a large ocean-going underwater drone (XLUUV), the UCUV. The first trials with the Direction générale de l’armement (DGA) and the French Navy took place on Thursday, October 23.

Naval Group’s large underwater drone project, Ucuv, reached a new milestone on Thursday, October 23, with the first tests conducted in cooperation with the French Navy, the Direction générale de l’armement (DGA), and the Naval Programs Expertise Center (CEPN).

This armed drone, 10 meters long and weighing around 10 tonnes, is the result of work carried out over recent years on an ocean-going underwater drone demonstrator (DDO), developed with the company’s own funds. Naval Group has so far remained discreet about the details of the project.
