I started doing the profiles exactly for that reason. It was to give kit makers an idea or two of potential schemes for their Luft 46 type models.

Just outstanding!
I've followed your work on Aeroscale, and they are all of such a high standard. I do have one request though...could you (or have you ever done) a set featuring the Horten IX (Ho229) or Focke Wulf Ta283? They're sitting on my workbench, and I'd love to see your ideas on them...

One of my earlier attempts included the Ta283. So probably a revamp is overdue.
I am busy with a new set of British WW2 Secret project profiles at the moment, but plan to do another German set after that.
I'll definitely do both the Ta283 and the Ho lX as part of the set.

I have had the same thoughts from the moment I saw the Lansen.

I have yet to find any references that agree with the theory.

Not a comment on your skills Flitzer but the rear engine pair on that aircraft would be horrible... Its going to be ingesting down wash from the wings and efflux from the jets in front as well as turbulent boundary layer from the whole lot. I know jets were in their infancy but come on...
