Fairchild 22 in Japanese colors (identification)

Why, yeah! That's a Fairchild 22 in Japanese colors! Didn't know about Japan using any of these, but it may also have been a sole aircraft imported for evaluation and subsequent reverse engineering... or an aircraft captured during the war against China?

Wow you know everything.
Mr.Ohnishi retired the IJN's naval officer bought this aircraft from the U.S. in 1933 when he stayed there and finally used by the IJA's Military Academy from 1934 as Aikoku 108 go(愛国第108号). 愛国 means patriotism.

Heck, no I don't!!! But the Fairchild 22 has quite a distinctive silhouette, with its inline engine and narrow rounded tail, doesn't it?
