Looks like footage from DCS, a flight sim, to me.

Yeah indeed, and besides the insane use of flares and the dropping of the tank would not be done in a million years in this situation. And furthermore it's very hard to down such a missile with an F-15...

I agree with the flares. As for the tanks, the reason they're droppable is so you can drop them if you need to.

It’s blatantly a fake; composite of what appears to be real footage and not even particularly good flight-sim type graphics.

The tank seperation and the “explosion” a particularly unconvincing.
