Which variant, now that's the question. Look at the lower stage, if it looks like a Blue Streak or Ariane 1...

Bernd Leitenberger's book 'Europäische Trägerraketen band I' describes two variants that could be a match:
- Europa IIIB: first stage with 4 Viking 1 engines and 120t of propellant
- Europa IIIC: first stage with four RR RZ2 engines and 140t of propellant.
