I'd say loser actually has to physically move to Mars for the rest of his (since it's both dudes) natural life. Distance based signal delay of any twitter message exchanges will be ample punishment...
 
I'm having a good ol' time wrapping my head around this one. First thought: Life imitates art, or at least the MTV series called Celebrity Deathmatch. Then there's the part of me that is seeing Tallulah Riley (Musk's current squeeze) and Priscilla Chan at the ring, in a replay of the kickboxer episode of Tales From The Crypt called The Pit.
