Really, Wow!

It's hard to believe the 2009 show was the most recent one. It's also quite momentous this will be the first year the supersonic pass to open the airshow will be without Gen Yeager.

Personally, that was my last airshow before I PCS'd to Los Angeles AFB. It was quite memorable, not so much for the routine but because Gen Yeager quite literally ran into me. It was at the aircrew safety brief, he walked into the room talking to Gen Pearson, not watching where he was going and nearly knocked me over.
