Dunno what it is but do know I'm gonna watch this thread so as to hopefully find out what it is.

It is rather odd, it could be Italian.

First of all because Italian designers really did weird designs during 30's and in second place because the motorcycle looking suspiciously like a Moto Guzzi "V "Corsa" issued by 1933.




Last but not least the tail seems to have the typical pre-war Italian flag:



Said that such aircraft remains unknown to me....

Fascinating design!

Considering the tricolor tail marking, it seems unlikely there's a direct connection, but the design reminds me a lot of the German Raab Krähe:

1958? Not 1938?
The photo is more consistent with late 30's than not with late 50's (let alone the insigna on the tail).

The odd thing is that the photo on the other thread illustrates the Grifone with civil serial code "I-CARP", but such code was previously assigned to a Caproni Ca-100 (a small twin seater trainer) during 1938:
