This would appear to be a mock-up of the former Farnborough F1 turboprop, which is now known as the Kestral JP100?

I do wonder how it ended up dumped at this now derelict facility?

Pyestock facility now almost completely demolished it appears. Urbex explore of the anechoic chamber building....Covid-19 lockdown-interesting hopefully? :

 
Re: the first photo from inside NGTE, here is the same mockup of the Farnborough F1 turboprop at the Farnborough Airshow in July 2000 on the same white base.
