Comparison cruiser documents

While making a backup my computer crashed and corrupted part of my files. I managed to save the attached copies but can't remember from which source either the exact subject. The language is written in Russian and it seems to be a comparison of (light) cruisers. Can anybody identy the source and subject?

Its a datasheet from either Sudostronie or Gangut magazine describing the MLK series of light cruiser studies in post war years. These MLK's have been covered here in the secret projects forum a while ago.
