Civilian C-17

Qatar's Amiri flight has acquired a C-17 decked out in civilian markings. That feels really weird....

This is very unusual to see. I saw the pic over at Airliners.net and they said that the Qatari Airlines doesn't actually own them. So they must be on loan or something.
