Camilla centaur explorer

Camilla was a design for a space probe to study centaurs, the icy bodies between Jupiter and Neptune. The primary objects of interest there are Chiron and Chariklo. The probe was designed to be somewhat target agnostic, which seems a little silly to me unless you're building a fleet, which was out of the question given the 3 plutonium-238 powered MMRTGS that provided electricity to the probe. It's largest experiment (by mass at least) was Halberd, a 100kg tungsten kinetic impactor for impact analysis.
