of course we know this English company,and its Curlew tandem
two seat trainer,the C.L.W. also designed a twin engined low
wing light transport aircraft project,it was powered by two
Siddeley Cheetahs.

I think Hesham that this is actually a variant of the Swan twin-engined product of the company, see https://www.secretprojects.co.uk/threads/cw-swan.1614/, but instead of the twin tails, a single fin was used. I say that this could be a variant, as there is already two distinct versions of the Swan listed in the above thread, with one powered by small horizontally opposed engines and the other powered by radials.

You are getting CW and CLW mixed up. Two different companies, two different projects. Hesham's post was the CLW CA.1 feederliner.

C.L.W. was for the C.L.W. Company established at Gravesend on 12 Jan 1935, becoming C.L.W. Aviation (1936) Ltd on 30 April 1936. The C.L.W. letters were for backer S. Wilding Cole plus designers Arthur Levell and Francis S. Welman.

C.W Aircraft Limited was formed around the same time at Slough. In that instance, the letters are for designers C. R. Chronander and J. I. Waddington.
