This probably doesn't fit here but I couldn't find any other suitable thread in the army projects forum, please remove if its too out of topic. Four months ago on Reddit I posted some FMC block 3 Bradley concept art and couldn't find a source. Lo and Behold I found it again alongside other interesting stuff. Early epic Block 3 Bradley art from FMC and a Block 3 Bradley essay from 1988 about equipping Bradley with a 40mm BOFORS and cool drawings of such concept.

GEORGE SCHECTER PAPERS; BOX 24, ANTI-ARMOR PROJECTS, NUMBER 1:
This has stuff relating to anti-armor projects, Bradley Block 3 and other cool stuff. Like a 46 and 22 slide presentation regarding a 40mm BOFORS for naval purposes (Sea Trinity), Trinity 40mm ammunition stuff, Bofors 40mm CV90 w/ 3P Projectile modeling and analysis, the most unreadable handwriting I have ever seen and more! This is where I found all of the sources posted here. Look through there if you want.

[DIAGRAM REGARDING TANK WITH ATTACHMENTS]: The epic FMC Bradley Block 3 concept art, 9 slides total. Only 3 are the cool concept art

[ESSAY] BRADLEY AFV BLOCK III PI ALTERNATIVES: 4 pages draft report, this talks about equipping the bradley with a 40mm Bofors to counter future threats. Background/ why, Requirements and alternatives, downsides/ problems of going with the BOFORs option, and the approach and tasks to be completed for selection.

The Greater Report and other reports can be found here. Though mostly unrelated its still very cool:
GEORGE SCHECTER PAPERS; BOX 24, FOLDER 4, COMPETITIVE ANTI-ARMOR SYSTEMS, [PART 4 OF 5], CIRCA 1988 - 1991

[DRAWING] 40MM ARMOR PIERCING FIN STABILIZED DISCARDING SABOT-TRACER [WITH ATTACHMENTS] The 5 drawings of the Bradley equipped with 40mm bofors

P.S: If you want to read about shaped charges, in this guys box was a full History of The Shaped Charge Effect: The First 100 years book recorded in the best quality. It's far, far better than DTICS version ( you can actually make out what the pictures are )!
[REPORT] HISTORY OF THE SHAPED CHARGE EFFECT

P.S.S And also:
From Dreamworld to Realworld: ElectroMagnetic Guns by Terry L. Metzgar from Aerospace and Defense Science Nov/Dec 1990 4 page article, fun read.

thank you Scrubhead .. IMHO more argument for gun/turret upgrade, hybrid drive, applique systems, rubber tracks et al rather than a new expensive vehicle that doesnt add radically more capability.

The post deserves its own topic.

Most definitely. Interesting to see a full remote turret proposed in ~1988.

The two-man external gun turret looks a lot like the GDD-AOE 35mm turret demonstrated on the MOWAG Tornado around the same timeframe.
