Ouch. What a pity...

Does anyone have an idea what the lettering on the rear fuselage means (TsM VVS, NNV[something] if I transliterate it correctly) - VVS is obviously Air Force but the rest?

Museum inventory number. Yes, painted right over the space-flown insulation...
