Boeing-Sikorsky SB>1 Defiant (Model S-100)

I am hopeful that the U.S. Army will provide more details on the decision since GAO agreed the SB>1 did not meet the requirements. However I suspect this will not happen as the Sikorsky coaxial compound "X2" technology is still in the running for the FARA competition.
I honestly find it exceedingly disingenuous for Sikorsky to tout the technology as less risky.

I mean what other angle can they really go for to remain competitive

Given time and budget overruns for Lockheed aircraft contracts I suspect DoD is looking at any of their bids with extra skepticism.
Regardless of track record, it's pretty clear DoD felt it couldn't bank on those figures with the information given.
