Boeing (?) patent. Can any one help?(how do I find a full patent?)

Can any one help me with finding out if this is a real design? (I am very aware that this would be easy to fake on a computer) I'd be appreciative.

When I tried Google I got house heating, a design to put pipes around an airplane and use that as a heat sink like on a computer and such oddities I'm not sure what they were.
