More like 1965 than 56. This design, and several related concepts, used the X-20 Dyna Soar as the starting point for the boosters cockpit.

Another thing to be crossed to Blackstar candidate?

While reading second definition at http://www.urbandictionary.com/define.php?term=hooey
I'd say that right pronunciation would be 'khuynya'=)

Ooops, sorry, of course, you're right, was a typo:
aero 1965, not ..56 :-[

= Carajo

interesting, I learnt a new word.

Many words for the same concept. Heck, many words in *English* alone for the same concept. Thus indicating that hooey/carajo/khuynya/bunk/bullcrap/baloney/rubbish/claptrap/bilge/tommyrot/hokum/horsefeathers/twaddle/etc. has a long and distinguished history in human thought.

Just a *little* off-topic....

Scott, what about make that report available for the willings ?

I'll have to do some digging. The drawing came from, IIRC, a journal article, the photos from the Boeing archives; I believe I have some more technical stuff with better drawings, but since those came from the Boeing archive, I can't sell 'em. Let me dig for a bit.

would be obliged for any data...
