I hope they do fly again this year, and that they get a second pad online ASAP. Maybe a testing facility, too.

It will take time to clean up the Pad and rebuild it, could be done in 6 months (if they work 24h - 7/7 days)
See SpaceX effort to rebuild Massey after RUD took 4 months
However the second pad and test site like Massey need more time around 12~24 months.
During that time BO & ULA muss find the issue with BE-4 and correct it !

This look first like downgrade to the previous launch pad erector,
But this here has advance to rebuild Launch pad allot faster, without the huge hydraulic system Pad erector !
and if there is again a energetic event on Pad there is less damage as in last time...
...means they can rebuild faster
 
Vertical payload integration means the NRO is looking at Blue to launch a new generation of 7 meter satellites. Blue has always seemed to be more interested in designing their vehicles and operations with NSSL in mind than SpaceX was with the Falcon 9 and now with Starship.

Not a trailer. SPMT. Stuff like that gets moved all the time. Look carefully and you can see how they automatically keep the load level.

the Statement is pretty vage

I wonder what happed.
dit the valve shut close and lead to overpressure in Oxygen line to burst,
while the Lox turbo pump run dry and rip it self apart ?
leading to chain reaction ended in RUD...
