From Aviation magazine 1959,

here is a Bernard tubular fuselage airplane Model,it looks like a Leduc concept.

It's a model designed by Bernard Lhopiteau, using an impeller. Inspired by a similar model shown in the
British magazine "Aeromodeller", the layout was influenced by the Leduc designs, because they fitted
the needed tubular fuselage the best. So, it's just a kind of "form follows function" and has no real
connection to any actually built aircraft.
