It seems to be the YF-23 model by aviakinetic (http://www.turbosquid.com/3d-models/yf-23-black-widow-max/733714) which is a mix of YF-23 and F-23. Aviakinetic told me at the time of completion partial information on the F-23 was available so he came up with this hybrid.
