Here is a link to a webpage on the "flying bombs" (i.e. missiles) developed in Argentina in the late 1940s and early 1950s. It is Spanish and Google Translate was apparently unable to translate it to English (I have no idea why):

When you find a page in another language that you want to understand, here's what to do:

1°) Go to the Google Translation page: https://translate.google.fr/

2°) Select the language you want to translate on the left (here: Spanish), your language on the right (English).

3°) Copy-paste the URL of the page you want to translate in the left box: http://peronterceraposicion.blogspot.fr/2013/05/bombas-voladoras.html

4°) Do NOT click on the Translate button. Insteadn, click on the same link which appears in the right box: it reopens the same page but in a translated form (if the page is too long the results will be lousy at some point in the page).

5°) Enjoy!

I know this procedure and I use it quite often. In case of that particular webpage however it doesn't work properly: what Google Translate returns is the home page's (http://peronterceraposicion.blogspot.fr/) Spanish version, which is so regardless of what browser you use (I tried Mozilla Firefox 25.0 and MS IE 8.0 on two computers).
The only way it can be translated is to copy the webpage's text and then paste it into Google Translate.

Autotranslate works fine in Chrome. Seems they got as far as guided release tests, without the rocket boost installed, and then the anti Peronist coup scuttled the project.
