There's no shortage of quadcopter drones, and not just Ukraine related, my neighbour was flying one must be well over a decade back.

A chair is more stable than a bicycle---but only when all four legs are the same and unbroken. Chinooks are one thing. A full sized human carrying quad-anything is bound to be a nightmare. Good for toys and toting grenades and such.
