Seems to be a powered sled rather than an aircraft.

It somehow reminded me to the beloved UFO Interceptor from the TV series, I didn't dare to miss an episode during my youth ...
But Martin is right, as already the title suggests, it's a prop driven sled, and not even a full size one, but a model. At least, one of those models achieved a speed of 210 km/h, but jumped up to a height of 10 meters then and landed inverted, as the text says ...
