Its "fake", the aircraft is Scaled Composites 401 (Experimental Aircraft), not a prop, the aircraft used as Turbofan Pratt & Whitney Canada JT15D-5D

Radars based on the Doppler effect see moving parts of the structure at maximum distances. Therefore, the propellers unmask the aircraft
 
I've heard that composites can be made essentially transparent, thus invisible to radar. I wonder how true that is. Still, that would only fix the blades, I'm pretty sure the variable pitch machinery must be made from metal.

That's all hidden under the spinner, so you make a spinner out of RAM.
