@hesham Either you visit the library in Los Angeles in person (having been accredited as a serious researcher) or you contact them and agree to pay them lots of money to copy the files for you.

Kelly Johnson's papers are also held at the Huntington Library. I've bought copies of some, including his suppressed paper "Compressibility Effects on High Speed Aircraft"
