We had meeting with the CEO and some of his team in 2021 regarding subsystem components for the aircraft. Very arrogant guy the CEO, he made it very clear if any supplier wants to be on their team, the suppliers would have to give all IP related to all hardware which would be supplied, even if the IP was developed using company internal funding, "NOT"! Don't give up the IP, you're not part of the program. I don't think this program is going anywhere and will probably disappear. Anduril was nearly as bad regarding IP.
