Aeron Brno-Medlanky JK-1 high-altitude OPV

Over on Beyond the Sprues, Upnorth posted some pictures of the aircraft shown below:

He says that a local shopping centre is hosting a big display to generate interest in all avenues of civil aviation. Searches on the registration code appear to come up with nothing; the company names on the wings are simply sponsors and trips to their web sites yield nothing. There was no signage or anyone to ask questions to.

It looks like an ultralight or home-built design at any rate. It may well be a one-off.

I was able to also find this picture but alas still no closer:

Anyone have any further luck or able to provide answers?

That's a tough one! I haven't yet been able to identify it but it appears to be Czech.

It also has a look similar to the Sadler Vampire...though it isn't that either.
