This was the executive biz jet conversion of the Vampire. The airframe survived for quite sometime after the effort fell thru. Neat find - thanks!

I vaguely recall that this project resurfaced in the mid-1980s (1986?) in Aviation Week when the new company bought rear cover ads. The project collapsed again with alllegations of stock fraud, IIRC. The proposed airframe conversion was an odd anachronism in an era when the Learstar was the "hot thing" and bespoke bizjets were plentiful.
