They're using a highly loaded grain SRM that doubles the length of the missile

that a waste I think, they could have make the missile fatter, like MAKO, so that it is both air and ground launched capable, or make it something similar to PRSM

The rotary launchers provide one of the limiting dimensions of any proposed missile.

IIRC that number is 18" tall and 25" wide.
