Probably isn't but the nose gear very much looks like NG and Scaled Composites are re-using the 2 position gear off the F-5E/F family. Even the main gear look like it came off a Tiger 2. At least the same DNA.

Perhaps so. It would probably have a better overall performance than those of the Increment I CCAs, I believe.

Depends on the engine; if it is just wearing an FJ-44 I doubt it has and advantages.
