The South African Super Hind is a seriously upgraded version (2 tonnes lighter) with a monster cannon and feed system running along the fuse. And also has the same canopy system as other hinds.

I wonder why they repurposed the nose section from the AH-1?
Is it because the armament it carries is the TOW missile?
