Lieutenant General Admiral takes over USAEUR-AF

In a bid for maximum confusion, Lieutenant General Kevin Admiral has been assigned as Commander of US Army Forces in Europe and Africa. He replaced General Donahue, who was apparently forced to retire by SecDef Hegseth.

This is a downgrade for the USAREUR-AF, from a 4-star to 3-star billet, reflecting the Administration's distaste for its European allies.
