North Korean Indigenous Missile development (AAM, SAM, ASM)

I can't see anything on Telegram, could you possibly post the most interesting pictures or point me to somewhere else where they are visible?

Yes, the missile in the launch video looks like a PL-11 (or Sparrow), while the one displayed on the ground is more like PL-12 with modified rear fins. It could just be prototype versus intended production - body diameter is 203mm for PL-11 and PL-12, length pretty similar, so it would boil down to wing/tail refinement.

It's tempting to speculate if China are assisting North Korea in this area with specific technologies or if its entirely home-grown.

The Su-30MK/2 is capable of using PL-12 with some software changes. N019 isn’t so different, maybe a similar modification?

Judging from this screenshot the MiG-29s got new displays at least, this could mean they got new Chinese radars. In which case, Chinese-derived AAMs would be compatible out of the box.
 
So we see now the PL-10NK, and the totally unknown PL-15NK (!). I can't seem to see the previously unveiled PL-12NK though.
 
I'm very curious about the PL-15NK, can the size be estimated from the pictures, and how does it compare to the PL-12NK we saw few months ago, is it indeed a different missile or it is perhaps an updated version of the PL-12NK?
 
Really got to wonder if it’s still a N019 in the nose if it’s packing a Pl-15 analogue.
 
I'm reposting this below image because it's the clearest yet image of the AAMs shown in the 2021 expo, it looks pretty clear to me that the BVRAAM is the PL-12NK we saw few months ago.

Looking at the PL-12NK images posted earlier this year, it seems to me as it's actual operational weapons rather than mock-ups, while the PL-15NK we saw yesterday look more like mock-ups. So perhaps the DPRK AAMs evolution mimic the evolution from PL-12 to PL-15, with the PL-15NK in active development at the moment.

The length difference between PL-12 and PL-15 seem to be about 15cm, so if the DPRK BVRAAMs imitate that as well probably makes it hard to be measured from the pictures above, but if someone knowledgeable can try to measure the respective lengths of PL-12NK and PL-15NK that would be very interesting.

Btw, the PL-10NK as seen yesterday definitely look like operational weapons to me.

But all of that could have changed if North Korea would have only adopted the first Blue Origin rocket, they could have had one hell of a Trojan Army, I know this stretching things too far and a big cover up.
