Nope, I don't see this as a parade of cuteness. I see it as a reminder that housecats are just a generation away from the wild, and wild cats are supremely adaptable. They are not essentially cute, they're emotional beings that are smart enough to figure out what's good for them.

And that's why I love cats: they're a reminder of wildness.
