I seem to remember that the UH-3H and the HH-3F both had a lot more headroom than that MH-60T.
Even the small HH-65A was 9 inches wider and 4 inches higher inside (shorter, though)!

Yep - checking I see:
HH-3F cabin dimensions: 26 ft 2 in long, 6 ft 6 in wide, and 6 ft high
UH-3H cabin dimensions: 19 ft 3 in long, 6 ft 6 in wide, and 5 ft 10 in high
MH-60T cabin dimensions: 10 ft 6 in long, 5 ft 11 in wide, 4 ft 3 in high
HH-65A cabin dimensions: 7 ft 6 in long, 6 ft 8 in wide, 4 ft 7 in high

That small cabin really hinders the AST and mechanic/winchman in dealing with rescuees - and limits how many they can carry.
While the HH-65A>MH-60T change did allow for longer range/greater endurance and more rescuees, it definitely reduced working space around the hoist door.
 
@BlackBat242 : Thanks, very useful data for anyone that seek to compare all models.
I have been screaming myself that the new set of engines on the UH-60 should be used to at least widen the cabin floor for more easily load stretchers transversally (today if they wanted to do that they wouldn't be able to close the cabin sliding doors)..

But hence, how many cats do skin a cat?
