Yes, (Hobby Boss) on eBay and probably no, because the TA-7 canopy looks to be wider at the rails.

This model intrigues me greatly.
What were LTV hoping would be the French requirement or did their modelmakers not know that the Navy had its own markings unlike the USN which has the same stars and bars as USAF. So was this a trainer for the Aeronavale?
What the model also indicates is that a similar white model may exist of the version proposed for the RN

D'oh, you are right ! The French Navy roundels indeed should have a big, black anchor. This model roundels by contrast makes it an Armée de l'Air Crusader... and this make no sense at all.
No love for the Crouze in the AdA AFAIK.
