I can't ID this shape,maybe it had incidence wing.

This is a variable incidence design from the Murry and Willat Aeroplane and Motor Company. Murry developed a rotary engine of 1912 that is in the NASM. The Murry rotary is interesting because it represents one of the earliest concepts in supercharged aircraft engines.
