Not a book about Nye but one written by him

Nye's 1935 Metal Aircraft: Design and Construction was part of the Cadet Series by Aviation Press of San Francisco. Also in Aviation Press' Cadet Series was Nye's Modern Aircraft Radio (1937) and in the Cadet Engineering Section, Practical Aeronautical Engineering (1938).

Nye was best known for his popular aviation magazine articles and 3-view drawings. BTW, Willis Nye was also among the originators of the American Aviation Historical Society and AAHS Journal.
